Important Considerations for Installing a Tape Vulcanizing Machine
Before the vulcanizing machine installation, all major components (such as the electric heating plate, pressure device, and frame, etc.) are uniformly and independently separated parts. The vulcanizing machine arrived at the site on time for temporary on-site installation.
2. Each individual component, too, requires frequent movement. Generally, heavier components can be carried by two people, making installation and disassembly quite convenient.
Before installation, find a spacious area for the tape conveyor's setup. This location should not only provide ample operating space but also have designated areas for tape storage and convenient power connections.
Before installation, several sets of upper roller assemblies were disassembled from the conveyor belt installation line, and a work platform was constructed using square methods and other forms. In case of outdoor bonding, a temporary rain shelter is set up around the work platform using canvas.
5. Tools for installing vulcanizing machines, processing equipment for tape joints, and power cables have been prepared; and it has been confirmed that the adhesive materials (such as covering glue, core glue, and adhesive paste, etc.) are within the valid period, along with the manufacturer and production date.

Installation Steps for the Rubber Vulcanizing Machine:
(1) Arrange the single off-the-machine form properly.
(2) First, place the pressure device (water pressure plate) on top of the pre-positioned lower frame; then, put the lower electric heating plate on top of it. Align all three, and cover the lower electric heating plate with a plastic film (or sprinkle talcum powder evenly). Note: When multiple vulcanization machines are working in parallel, place a thin metal plate (0.2x50x the length of the seam) under the joints of the lower electric heating plate.
(3) Place the pre-processed and filled adhesive tape joints on the upper heated plate; after locating the centerline, secure the tape on both sides using padding plates and clamping mechanisms.
(4) On the tape joint, corresponding to the position of the lower heating plate, cover the area with a plastic film (or sprinkle talcum powder), and then sequentially place the upper heating plate and insulating plate on top. Note: When multiple vulcanizers are working in parallel, place a thin metal plate measuring 0.2x50x the length of the joint on the seam of the lower heating plate.
(5) Place the upper frame on the insulating board and align and square the lower frame with it.
Figure 8 illustrates the installation of the pre-tensioned bolts, washers, and nuts into the elongated holes at both ends of the upper and lower frames. Tighten the nuts with a wrench. At this point, the main body of the vulcanizing machine is fully assembled.
(7) Connect the quick coupling of the pressure pump system to the water inlet of the pressure device. Correspondingly plug the primary power cable into the socket of the electric heating control box, with one end of the secondary cable plugged into the socket of the electric heating control box and the other end into the heating plate. Insert the corresponding wires of the thermistor (or thermocouple) into the socket of the electric heating control box, with the other end inserted into the temperature measurement hole of the heating plate. At this point, the sulfurization installation is complete, and the timer operation for pressurization and heating is ready to begin.
