Thermometer readings are inaccurate, displaying乱码 (such as over 600 degrees).  

1.Possible poor contact, unplug and plug the connector  

2.Possible interface oxidation; replacement of the connector plug is required.  

3.It appears that the cable may be broken; a cable replacement is needed.  

4.Sensor component damaged, requires replacement

During the heating phase, once a certain temperature is reached, the temperature fails to rise further.  

1.Possibly without an insulating panel

2.It may be that the vulcanization time was set too long; the vulcanization time needs to be turned off.

Pressure is not building up

1.It's possible that the rack is too tight, causing the nozzle to be pinched. Loosen the rack bolts slightly.  

2.It appears that the water pump may require air to be bled.

3.Potential air leakage in water pressure pump; all interfaces not properly tightened.

Improper storage leads to moisture in heating plate  

Set the electrical control box to manual and bake at 100 degrees until there is no water vapor.

After decompression, the hand pump pressure gauge does not reset to zero.  

1.Air can cause the pointer to deflect during the suppression. When the pressure gauge is opened, the pointer is removed and re-set to zero.  

2.Pressure Exceeded, Pressure Gauge Replaced

The control box is unresponsive.

Inspecting the circuit, there may be a phase missing in the three-phase system.

Junction temperature inconsistency

1.There may be damage to the insulating panels; replacement is required.  

2.It is possible that some resistive strips on the heating plate may be burned out.

Water pressure plate leakage

1.Water leakage at screw or edge seams, tighten screws around the water pressure plate.  

2.Water pressure plate rubber surface is leaking; rubber needs to be replaced.
