Ceramic Surface Damage Repair with Adhesive Method

The selection of adhesive requires consideration from multiple aspects. The process of adhesive repair must be strictly followed: first, clean the damaged surface thoroughly. Before applying the adhesive, carefully clean the damaged area, using an angle grinder to remove rust or residual sodium from the damaged surface. Then, use a hand grinder or a brush on the angle grinder to grind the edges of the damaged surface to create a 5mm to 10mm wide textured finish. Finally, clean the surface with an ethanol cleaning agent.

Apply the adhesive to the damaged surface and fine ridges of the stainless steel wine storage tank, the thinner, the better. After completion, continue to apply it evenly; the adhesive should not be too thick, as it may crack during use due to heating, leading to failed repair. Indirectly heat the adhesive area with a heat source, strictly prohibiting direct heating. Maintain a distance of over 300mm between the heat source and the adhesive area, or allow it to dry naturally for more than 24 hours to solidify the adhesive surface.

Punching and Patching Method

Cover the surrounding area of the perforation with a damp cloth or warm cotton pad to prevent the weld slag from damaging the surrounding enamel. Place a metal block of the same size and thickness as the perforation into the hole, keeping it on the same plane, and begin spot welding. Cool the area with water until the welding is complete, then repair using Method 1.

In terms of speed, there are high-speed and low-speed mixers. The definition of high-speed and low-speed ranges varies by industry. Generally, a speed over 1000 rpm is referred to as a high-speed stainless steel wine storage tank. Low-speed mixing equipment is suitable for stirring and dispersing high-viscosity materials, where low-speed paddles mix the material to achieve full dispersion, and can be equipped with variable frequency speed control.
