What material is best for a hydrochloric acid storage tank?

Polyethylene, steel-lined polyethylene, and plastic tanks are preferable for storing hydrochloric acid. Polyethylene tanks are manufactured using a special process of one-time molding (rotomolding process). These plastic (polyethylene) containers are produced without any additives or plastic fillers, entirely crafted from our unique formula-modified polyethylene material (LLDPE+MDPE+imported PE). From the tank body to the inlets and outlets, manholes, flanges, etc., all are formed in one piece without any welding seams. Therefore, the tanks offer the advantages of seamless construction, no leakage, lightweight, low-temperature resistance, anti-aging, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, maintenance-free, and long service life. Stainless steel tanks are not ideal for storing hydrochloric acid.
