Introduction to Slider Cable Types

The busbars produced by different manufacturers may vary slightly. Here, based on our years of production experience, we introduce the composition and types of various busbars.

The 1DMHX Single-Pole Safety Conductive Slider is a new type of power supply system for mobile machinery and equipment. It features conductor made of well-formulated aluminum alloy profiles and an outer sheath made of polyvinyl chloride material, providing dust, snow, rain, and electric shock protection.

2. The accessory parts for the single pole safety sliding busbar include: (1) Collectors, which are divided into light-duty collectors and heavy-duty collectors. (2) Inspection sections, components used when two or more cranes are in operation. If one crane's line has an issue, it will not affect the operation of the others. (3) Fixed clamps for securing purposes. (4) Power input components. (5) Lift hooks. (6) Collector brackets. (7) Connector sleeves. (8) End cap sleeves. (9) Temperature compensators: equipment required when there is a significant change in environmental temperature. (10) Aluminum connectors.

Three-pole safety busbars can be divided into light and heavy types based on the size of the current. Light three-pole safety busbars are available for currents of 200A, 320A, 400A, and 500A; heavy three-pole safety busbars are designed for currents of 630A, 800A, 1000A, 1250A, 1350A, 1600A, and 2000A.

The 1DMHP Tubular Multipolar Safety Busbar utilizes a high molecular weight polyvinyl chloride sheath, internally housing multiple transmission copper conductors as the transmission bus, and is equipped with a mobile and flexible multipolar brush collector.

The 3-tube multi-pole safety sliding contact line can be categorized into three poles, four poles, six poles, seven poles, eight poles, ten poles, twelve poles, fourteen poles, and sixteen poles based on the number of poles. Within different pole counts, they can also be divided into various types based on current and cross-sectional area. The following are the main conventional types: Tube-type four-pole current 50 ADMHP(J)-4-10/50, tube-type four-pole current 80 ADMHP(J)-4-10/80, and tube-type four-pole current 120 ADMHP(J)-4-10/120. There are over 34 types of tubes.

The 1DMGH High-Temperature Steel Body Busbar is composed of copper conductors and a steel structural frame or aluminum profiles. The copper high-temperature steel body busbars come in two structural forms: assembled and composite. They are supported by high-strength special insulators, which are mounted on the supports of the track beam, thereby forming a mobile power supply system that feeds various lifting machinery and equipment.

The high-temperature steel body sliding contact lines are divided into two main categories: composite and assembled. The composite type is classified according to current, including DMGH-150 for 950A, DMGH-200 for 1100A, DMGH-300 for 1400A, and more than eight other models; the assembled type includes DMGH-85 for 500A, DMGH-110 for 600A, DMGH-170 for 800A, DMGH-240 for 1000A, and more than eight other models.

The 1DMCX-T single-pole copper conductor sliding contact wire replaces the original aluminum conductor with a copper conductor, offering superior electrical conductivity. It is suitable for working currents of 160A, 250A, 400A, 600A, and 800A.

The 2DMCX-G single-pole galvanized steel conductor sliding contact wire has rated currents of 50A, 80A, and 120A.
