Installation Requirements for Safe Conductors

Installation of safety slide rails should comply with the following requirements:

Before installation, carefully read the product manual to understand the structure, performance, and installation method of the sliding contact line.

2. The sliding line should be installed in a dry, well-ventilated environment, avoiding the influence of moisture and corrosive gases.

The installation distance of the slider bracket should meet the design requirements, with the bracket securely fastened to ensure the slider wire does not shift during operation.

4. The connection between the slider and the bracket should be secured with a dedicated clamp to ensure a firm bond and prevent detachment during operation.

The sliding contact conductor should be kept clean to prevent oxidation and contamination, thereby reducing contact resistance.

6. Use appropriate terminal connectors for the sliding contact line and power connection to ensure good contact and reduce heat generation.

After the slider cable installation is completed, an insulation test should be conducted to ensure the system has good insulation.

8. During operation, glide wires should be regularly inspected and maintained. Any issues should be addressed promptly to ensure safe operation.

During the installation process of sliding contact lines, relevant electrical installation specifications and safety operation procedures should be followed.

Upon completion of the installation, a debugging process should be conducted to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the slider line system.
