Regarding the startup equipment
Ensure adequate pre-heating and melting time before start-up to ensure all materials in the diaphragm section of the sensor are in a molten state prior to the extrusion machinery operation.

Installation Location
The probe part of the sensor is capable of withstanding high temperatures, but the housing needs to be below 80°C. Therefore, it's crucial to ensure the installed sensor housing is securely fixed in a room-temperature environment during installation and use. Isolating the housing from high-temperature areas enhances the sensor's measurement accuracy and lifespan.

Sensor removal
Ensure no metal debris or plastic is inside the mounting holes during installation. Remove all sensors from the machine before cleaning the extruder. Sensors can only be removed when the polymer is in a molten, hot state. Immediately clean the sensor probe diaphragm with a soft cloth after removal. Additionally, our company can provide cleaning tools for the mounting holes to remove residual material for future installations.
Sensor installation.
The sensor diaphragm is a fragile part that's prone to damage. Please do not remove its protective cap carelessly before installation, and ensure to protect the diaphragm during installation. The machining of the mounting holes should adhere to the technical requirements of the mounting hole dimension drawing and specification sheet, to prevent diaphragm abrasion caused by non-standard mounting holes from affecting the sensor's normal operation.
Warranty Period Scope
Within one month of product delivery, if the product is unusable due to its inherent quality issues and the appearance remains undamaged, we will replace the product upon presentation of the purchase receipt.
One-year warranty from the date of product delivery. The company is responsible for free repairs in case of abnormal product quality causing the product to malfunction.
