Torque Sensor Installation Precautions
1、 The sensor shaft installation should be concentric with the shaft being measured.Axiality less than0.05mm,Axial and radial forces < 10N. The housing is fixed with a soft connection.
2、 Relative humidity for sensor operation≤70%, to prevent oil, water, and other chemicals from corroding.
3、 Preheat the sensor with power for more than 30 minutes before use.
4、 Prior to formal measurement, the sensor must undergo at least one pre-torque test.
5、 Select sensor shaft and housing with stickersMLabel the end of the test piece.
6、 The shock torque load must not exceed 200%.·FS.
7、 The激励voltage must not exceed 15VDC.
8、 Sensor outputs are typically floating ground unless otherwise noted (i.e., input and output are not grounded together).
9、 The positive and negative terminals of the sensor power with the amplifier must not be reversed.
