The PT124B-226E settlement monitoring system's hydraulic static level gauge is a critical underlying monitoring sensor for engineering settlement systems; the static level measurement system is a precise instrument that measures the relative change in liquid surface height between two or more points. It is primarily used for monitoring vertical displacement and inclination in structures such as dams, nuclear power plants, wind farms, high-rise buildings, mines, landslides, and bridges. The static level system is typically installed on a measuring pier (base) or at the same level as the object being measured on the wall, usually with modular automatic measurement units to collect data, which is then connected to a computer via wired or wireless communication for automated observation.

6. Application Fields:
Automated monitoring of uneven settlement for structures such as geological disasters, tunnels, buildings, ancient city walls, dams, rock masses, comprehensive utility tunnels, high-speed and metro rail lines, wind turbine towers, signal towers, roadbeds, cut-and-fill sections, and large storage tanks.
7. Usage Precautions:
The specifications for pipes and air tubes refer to the outer diameter of the pipes. You can simply select PU polyurethane tubes with the same outer diameter.
② Use regular pure water. However, in areas where freezing may occur during winter, antifreeze should be used according to the temperature, with options for -20℃ or -40℃ automotive radiator antifreeze.
The pipeline cut must be essentially straight and even; otherwise, there is a possibility of liquid leakage.
④In areas with significant temperature differences between day and night, thermal insulation measures should be employed. Insulating foam wrapped with piping for frost prevention can be used.
⑤ The range refers to the height from the hydrostatic level gauge to the liquid surface. The installation position of the sensor should be as close to the same horizontal plane as possible, slightly below the water tank's liquid surface.
⑥ The liquid level in the water tank should be above the height of all sensors.
⑦ To minimize bubble formation, a small amount of defoaming agent can be added.
Add a few drops of engine oil or silicone oil on the surface of the water tank to isolate the water from the air, which can significantly reduce water evaporation.
