What should be observed when installing silicon carbide nozzles?

Silicon carbide large flow nozzles, also known as vacuum reaction sintered silicon carbide desulfurization nozzles, are key components in flue gas desulfurization and dust removal systems at power plants and large boilers. Our company's reaction sintered silicon carbide desulfurization and dust removal nozzles replace imported products, filling a domestic gap. Below are several points to follow when installing silicon carbide nozzles:

1) Nozzles should be installed after the system has passed the pressure test and flushing.

(2) It is recommended to use specialized elbows and tees when installing nozzles.

During the installation of the nozzle, no disassembly, modification, or application of any decorative coatings to the nozzle is permitted.

4) When installing nozzles, use a dedicated wrench; it is strictly prohibited to twist using the nozzle frame. If the nozzle frame or the splash plate deforms or releases original damage, replace it with a nozzle of the same specification and model.

When the nominal diameter of the nozzle is less than 10mm, a filter should be installed on the main water supply pipe or the branch pipe.

6) Sprinklers installed in areas prone to mechanical damage should be equipped with a protective cover for the sprinkler.

During the installation of spray heads, the distance between the splash plate and the ceiling, doors, windows, openings, or walls should comply with design specifications.

When the sprinkler splash disk is above the bottom of the nearby beam or above the underside of a ventilation duct with a width less than 1.2 meters, the maximum vertical distance between the sprinkler splash disk and the beam bottom, or the ventilation duct underside, should comply with the relevant standards.

When the ventilation duct width exceeds 1.2 meters, the nozzle should be installed below its underside.
