Production Process of Composite Bag Materials

The Wet Lamination Method: Also known as the wet lamination method, this process involves the following steps: The surface of the base material (such as plastic film, aluminum foil, etc.) is coated with a water-soluble or water emulsion adhesive. It is then laminated with a second layer of base material (such as paper, cellophane, etc.) through compression. Subsequently, the solvent is removed by passing through a hot drying channel, bonding the two layers of base material together.
Coating Method: This method involves applying a**dynamic**material to the surface of a film, creating a tight bond with the film's outer layer. It enhances the film's thermal adhesiveness, moisture resistance, gas barrier properties, UV absorption, and antistatic characteristics.
