Tonnage bag manufacturing process
Jumbo bags are made from polypropylene, mixed with a small amount of stabilizing additives, melted and extruded into plastic film by an extruder. The film is then cut into strips, stretched, and thermally formed into high-strength, low-elongation PP monofilament. This monofilament is woven and laminated to create the base fabric for plastic burlap. After sewing it with accessories like slings, it forms the ton bag.

Caution for Ton Bags Usage:
Do not stand under the bulk bag during lifting operations.

3. Do not rub, snag, or collide with other items during the operation.
Do not pull the straps outward in a reverse direction.
5. When using a forklift for handling bulk bags, please do not let the forks touch or puncture the bag body to prevent piercing the bulk bag.
6. During handling in the workshop, try to use pallets and avoid lifting bulk bags with hooks, which can cause swinging and movement during transportation.
Keep the bags standing upright during loading, unloading, and stacking.
Do not stand the containers upright.
Do not drag the container bags across the ground or concrete surfaces.
10. When it is unavoidable to store outdoors, the big bags should be placed on shelves and must be covered tightly with opaque tarpaulins.
11. After use, wrap the bulk bag with paper or opaque tarpaulin and store it in a well-ventilated area.
