Operating Principle:
The principle diagram of the turbine flow meter is shown as follows. A turbine is installed at the center of the pipe, supported by bearings at both ends. As the fluid flows through the pipe, it impacts the turbine blades, causing the turbine to rotate at a speed proportional to the fluid velocity. The fluid flow drives the turbine rotation, cutting through the magnetic flux lines generated by the magnetic steel within the casing, resulting in a change in magnetic flux. The sensing line sends the detected magnetic flux cycle change signal to a pre-amplifier for amplification, producing a pulse signal proportional to the flow velocity. The flow rate is then calculated through circuit operations.
