Flush sink

The SC Sink Series consists of the sink body, inlets and outlets, circulation pump, and cooling system. The sink body features specific channels or compartments to hold circulating coolant and plastic strips waiting to be cooled. The circulation pump is responsible for drawing the coolant out of the sink, passing it through the cooling system, and then returning it to the sink to form a circulating flow.

 

During operation, the plastic strips enter the cooling zone through the opening of the water tank. The cooling water circulates continuously under the action of the circulating pump, coming into contact with the strip surface and absorbing its heat. Through the heat dissipation device, the heat in the cooling water is released into the air, lowering the water temperature and maintaining the cooling effect. Afterward, the cooled strips are discharged from the outlet of the water tank, completing the cooling and shaping process.

Centrifugal Dewatering Machine

 

A plastic pellet centrifugal dewatering machine is a specialized equipment used for dehydrating plastic pellets. It generates a strong centrifugal force through high-speed rotation, which expels moisture from the plastic pellets, achieving the dewatering goal.

 

The operation principle of the plastic granule centrifugal dewatering machine is based on the effect of centrifugal force. During the dewatering process, the high-speed rotating parts inside the equipment generate immense centrifugal force, which causes the moisture in the plastic granules to be ejected through the filter medium or holes on the drum under the action of the centrifugal force, while the solid particles remain inside the drum or on the filter medium, thus achieving solid-liquid separation.


Vibration Screen

 

High-efficiency sifting, strong processing capacity, and high reliability make this plastic pellet vibrating screen suitable for dry powdery or granular materials with particle sizes between 0.074-5mm, moisture content less than 7%, and non-sticky properties. The large feed particle size should not exceed 10mm. By adjusting the phase angle at both ends, the movement path of the material on the screen surface can be changed to meet different sifting requirements.

 

The ZD series vibratory screen is designed for conveying and screening raw materials, primarily for different sizes of plastic granules. It achieves classification of particles of various sizes. The series has a processing capacity ranging from 1KG/H to 8000KG/H.
