The air悬浮blowers use a variable frequency drive to adjust the airflow, with a range of 50%-99%. Within this range, the blower does not exhibit resonance. The air悬浮blowers feature air悬浮bearings, including radial bearings and thrust bearings, among other components. During operation, there is no physical friction between the rotating shaft and the bearings, achieving smooth rotation. The air悬浮bearings can withstand over 20,000 starts. In the event of an unexpected power outage, the air悬浮blower will not cause any substantial impact on the blower bearings. Each set of blowers is directly driven by the motor, with a single-stage centrifugal impeller, equipped with radial/axial bearings and other necessary accessories. The airflow of the air悬浮blower can be adjusted from 50% to 99%. The blower inlet duct and cooling fins are made of cast aluminum alloy or better material, while the outer housing should be powder-coated steel plate. The outlet is connected to the pipe with a flexible joint.
