4-68 Series Centrifugal Fan Models: 2.8A *** A3.55A 4A 4.5A 5A Selection Parameters & Prices When a power supply fault occurs, immediately disconnect the main circuit switch. Use lubricating oil or grease, or an oil with equivalent performance that is approved. Do not alter parameter values or other electrical settings. If an alteration is unavoidable, record the original values before making changes, so that they can be restored to their original adjusted values if necessary. Do not soil, scratch, or remove warning labels. If the label's writing becomes unclear or missing, order a new label from the manufacturer. Clearly specify the part number when ordering. Any cables, flexible wires, or conductors with damaged insulation will produce current leakage and electric shocks. Therefore, inspect them before using. Make sure to understand the contents of the instructions. Be clear about each function and operation process. Wear oil-resistant insulating shoes, a work uniform, and other safety protective gear. The cable for the motor's power switch must have sufficient cross-sectional area to meet power requirements. Before the fan is first used after installation, manually or with a tool, rotate the fan's main shaft to run the fan for a few revolutions. Lubricate each sliding part with new lubricating oil. Fill the oil tank to the oil level indicator and check for any abnormal noises and ensure smooth operation; check and add oil as necessary. For lubrication points, oil type and corresponding oil level, please refer to the respective instruction signs. Under no circumstances should the operator stand in front of the fan's inlet or outlet while the fan is running. Similarly, the operator should not stand directly in front of the fan blades. After connecting the motor's power supply, always check that the fan rotor's rotation direction matches the required direction. When checking the belt tension, never insert your fingers between the belt and the pulley to avoid injury. Inspect for any abnormal noises from the motor, bearing housing, and other components. Ensure the rotation direction of the fan rotor is in line with the required direction. Inspect the lubrication of all sliding parts. Check if the protective covers and safety devices are in good condition. Verify the tension of the belts. If the belts are too loose, replace them with new, matching belts. Verify the technical specifications, dimensions, and model of the work fan. Operate the motor manually to check if the rotation direction of the fan impeller matches the direction indicated on the fan label. If not, after switching off the power, swap any two phases of the power lines and retest the operation. Tools and other items around the equipment should be stored neatly, maintaining good order and clear pathways. Do not place tools or any items on top of the main bearing housing. Before using the fan, read the instruction manual thoroughly and understand the various requirements and operating conditions of the fan. Then, carefully inspect the electrical system for any damage. Check if the wiring is correct, and ensure there are no loose or loose connections during transportation. Check if the motor is damp. After connecting, pay attention to whether the rotation direction of the motor complies with the regulations.
