Bearings: Selected from international brands (Swedish SKF), single cover plate, self-sealed bearings, made of SUJ2 (GCr15) material, with long service life, stable quality, high allowable speed, and heavy dynamic load. Design service life is 50,000 hours. Sealing: Rubber cage oil seals are used at the oil seal seat. The rest use V-type seals. Shafts: Include both passive shafts and drive shafts.

45# steel is used for tempering treatment. The oil skimmer features grooves that carry lubricant, ensuring even distribution throughout the oil passage, allowing for full lubrication, cooling, and rust prevention of all parts. The designed thickness of the oil skimmer is 2.0mm, offering high strength and resistance to deformation and breakage, with a long service life. Customized as per customer requirements. Composed of import and export mufflers, check valves, flexible joints, tees, safety valves, pressure gauges, and shock absorbers. The import muffler employs a resistive muffler to primarily eliminate the noise of the blower's inlet airflow. It consists of an outer cylinder, inner cylinder, flanges, and contains centrifugal glass wool sound-absorbing material between the inner and outer cylinders, making the device lightweight, low in resistance, and effective in noise reduction. The exhaust muffler mainly eliminates the noise of the blower's outlet airflow, with a wide noise reduction frequency range. The safety valve is a protective device on the system, with an opening pressure range of 0~1kg/cm². It activates when the system operates abnormally, and the resistance exceeds the rated value.
