1. Dry-run plastic granulator (for burlap bags, film material) unpacking inspection after mold arrival: After unpacking, retrieve the packing list and inspect. Use the manual and other technical documents to assemble and verify the mold components, accessories, tools, etc. as per the packing list content.

2. Half of the extrusion mold's technical standards and patterns, the extruded molded parts are generally made of stainless steel plate, corrosion-resistant material, especially for extrusion molds when extruding modified polyvinyl chloride. Heat treated to HRC24 or above to ensure service life. There should be no scratches, burrs, adhesions, rust, or other defects.

Mold cavities, shaping molds, and parts have a smooth working surface. Minimize abrupt cross-sectional changes and material retention areas as much as possible. The mold head runner system follows the melt flow direction smoothly. The positioning repeatability error between corresponding positions of the molds is ≤0.03mm. All welding surfaces and joints of the extrusion mold head should fit well, with reliable positioning between the molds. Local gaps ≤0.02mm.
