Plastic Granulator for Woven Bags

Weaving bag plastic granulating machines and extruders are divided into bevel head (angle 120°) and right-angle head according to the direction of the material flow at the die and the angle of the screw line clamp.

The head housing is bolted to the machine body. The mold within the head has a core seat, which is secured to the head's input port with a nut. A core is mounted in front of the core seat, and both the core and the core seat have holes for passing the core wire. A pressure equalizing ring is fitted at the front of the head to distribute pressure evenly. The extrusion molding section consists of a mold sleeve seat and a mold sleeve, whose position can be adjusted by bolts through supports, allowing for the relative positioning of the mold sleeve to the core, facilitating uniformity in adjusting the thickness of the extruded layer. The head is externally equipped with a heating device and a temperature measuring device.
