Environmental-friendly burn net furnace

Environmental-friendly sintering furnace for fiber-plastic industry is used in the production of filter meshes and other equipment. It overcomes the disadvantages and drawbacks of outdated and backward open-box sintering furnaces, such as open flame combustion, temperature exceeding limits, and indoor pollution, and improves them by becoming sealed and vacuuming the furnace chamber to supply gas in a limited manner.

Under high temperatures and low oxygen content, the fiber polymer is pyrolyzed and carbonized, eliminating open flame combustion, and maintaining the furnace temperature within the set process range. A more advanced equipment than calcination method, fluidized bed cleaning method, and triethylene glycol cleaning method.

Non-polluting to the environment, the clean filter mesh is free of impurities and has smooth fibers, which can extend the service life of the filter mesh. It operates with shorter working hours, saves energy, is easy to handle, and provides excellent cleaning results.
