Low-pressure modified plastic granulating unit (export model) is mainly composed of an extruder, which includes the extrusion system, transmission system, and heating/cooling system. Greatly develop recycled resources, turning waste into treasure.

As equipment used for crushing materials, a mistake in operation can trigger dangers to varying degrees. Therefore, it is imperative to operate safely and avoid any hazards. For detailed operations, primarily follow the procedures outlined below.

1. Only after startup and achieving normal operation can the crops be fed in uniformly and continuously.

2. Throughout the operation, monitor the motor, thresher speed, noise, and bearing temperature.

3. During feeding, the operator should stand on one side of the feeding port, secure their clothing sleeves, and wear a mask and a hard hat.

4. During feeding, be mindful of any hard objects such as stones, sickles, tool screws, etc., to prevent damage to the machine and personal accidents.

5. The low-pressure modified plastic granulating unit (export model) does not permit belt hanging, oiling, cleaning, or troubleshooting during operation.
