Design Principle: The preparation room is connected to the upper melting room above through an interconnecting door. The stirrer rod is mounted on the stirrer shaft, which is driven by a transmission mechanism. The upper and lower melting rooms are separated by a grate. The lower part of the stirrer shaft features spiral blades. A partition sleeve in the lower melting room allows the exhaust gases to enter the recirculating gas inlet. The inlet is connected to the intake of a fan, and the outlet of the fan is connected to the heating chamber. The heating chamber is equipped with heating elements, and the outlet of the heating chamber is connected to the upper melting room through an intake pipe. The transmission mechanism is a chain drive, powered by an electric motor that reduces speed via the chain drive to rotate the stirrer shaft. By using hot air, waste plastic is heated and melted. The melted plastic is then extruded into granules through a screw extruder, eliminating the need for crushing, thus reducing noise and dust飞扬, and improving workers' labor conditions. By controlling the temperature of the hot air, degradation of the plastic during melting due to excessive heat is prevented. The hot air can be recycled, effectively reducing energy consumption.
