By lifting internally with hydraulic or mechanical lifting methods, apply pressure from the inside outward, or from the outside surface of the pipe towards the inside. 2. Tube Cutting:

c. Fill with cement mortar and compress it to the original thickness of the cement coating.

d. Apply a smooth finish and lightly moisten or cover with a damp cloth to prevent cracks from forming due to rapid curing of the cement.
