Operation Principle: The top fan type wood drying kiln uses saturated steam as the heat source and moist air as the medium. It automatically or manually controls the parameters of the drying medium and dries the wood by utilizing the heat transfer and mass transfer of the gas medium.
1. After the fan starts, it first blows the dried medium towards the radiator. After heat exchange, the temperature of the dried medium increases, and the heated medium is blown towards the material stack, raising the temperature of the wood and causing the moisture in the wood to start vaporizing and evaporating.
2. The air circulation direction within the drying room is along the height and horizontally across the wood pile. The motor's timed reversal achieves a reversible media circulation, resulting in more even wood drying.
3. The medium humidity inside the drying room is increased by spraying steam and decreased by exhaust.

1. This product is a domestically produced item, meticulously crafted, with a beautiful appearance. It can be manufactured into large, medium, and small dryers ranging from 20m3 to 200m3, suitable for outdoor installation.
2. The interior of the drying kiln is constructed with aluminum alloy, aluminum plates, and stainless steel materials, offering strong corrosion resistance and a long service life.
3. The shell and door are insulated with a 10 cm thick thermal layer, offering excellent insulation properties.
4. The inner wall panels are made of aluminum plates, utilizing silicon with good strength and aging resistance.
Rubber and aluminum alloy strips for fixation, excellent sealing properties.
5. The drying kiln is designed for ambient temperature drying, which has minimal impact on material properties and color, ensuring good drying quality and a shorter drying cycle.
6. The drying kiln is semi-automatically controlled, with parameters for each stage set in the temperature indicator gauge based on the drying standard, thus enabling automatic control.
