Application:
The jet roller dryer is a key production equipment for single board slicing in wood deep-processing enterprises, single board lathe production plants, and plywood production plants. It is suitable for the production process of cutting first and then drying, particularly for drying single boards with thicknesses ranging from 0.3MM to 3.6MM.
Features:
The machine employs multiple production processes and advanced electronic variable frequency technology, thereby boasting features such as energy-saving and high-quality drying.
The working principle of the blast roller single board drying machine:
1. Operation System: The planed (sliced) single boards are fed into the spray roller drum type single board dryer at the inlet. Through the relative rotation of several pairs of upper and lower roller drums inside the dryer, the planed sliced single boards move forward in a predetermined direction. During the movement of the single boards, hot air at 110-150°C is sprayed vertically onto both surfaces of the boards at a velocity of V=1.5 m/s through nozzles placed between the two pairs of roller drums. Under the control of the electrical control system, the ideal forward speed is adjusted to achieve the drying effect. Additionally, the uneven single boards are flattened as they move through the relative rotation of the upper and lower roller drums.
2. The air intake of a spray roller single board dryer typically comes in three forms of heat carriers:
1) Steam Type: High-pressure steam at 0.1MPA-0.6MPA is directly fed into the machine's high-efficiency, large heat dissipation area, and stable air jet SRL type radiator via external steam pipes of the spray roller drum single board dryer. The heat energy at 110-150°C is transferred out through the radiator's aluminum fin heat exchangers. Under the action of a high-speed rotating fan, the heat is then channeled through internal air ducts to the spray nozzle of the spray roller drum single board dryer. The hot air is喷射 onto the upper and lower surfaces of the running single boards through the nozzle, achieving the drying effect.
2) Hot Air Furnace Type: Our factory's spray roller single board dryer, considering that the customer does not have the option to choose a steam type machine, is specifically equipped with an energy-saving hot air furnace. The working principle of the hot air furnace is to burn waste wood or raw coal from the single board production plant to produce high temperatures. These high temperatures are then transferred through heat exchange with the heat exchange plates installed on the hot air furnace. Under the action of the high-speed fan rotating inside the machine, the hot air is sent to the spray nozzles inside the machine. After being喷射 by the spray nozzles, the hot air is喷射 onto the upper and lower surfaces of the running single board, achieving the drying effect.
3) Electric Heating Type: This medium-sized system is generally not energy-efficient and is not commonly used. 3. Electric Control System: The single board dryer with a fan roller has a manual control system, a stepless variable speed control system, and an automatic computer control system. The choice is made according to customer requirements, and the feeding speed is adjusted based on the thickness and moisture content of the single board to achieve the desired drying effect.
4. Dewatering System: The dewatering system of the spray roller single board dryer is achieved through a series of exhaust holes on the machine, regulated by exhaust control valves. It utilizes either the internal automatic dewatering system or the mechanical dewatering system to achieve the desired dewatering effect.
5. Sealed Insulation System: To maximize the drying efficiency of the spray air roller single board dryer, the machine's housing is insulated with a shell thickness of 80MM-100MM, ensuring that heat and airflow within the machine are not lost, thereby achieving a sealed insulation effect.
