Application:
The jet roller dryer is a key production equipment for single board cutting in wood deep processing enterprises, single board slicing production plants, and plywood production plants. It is suitable for the process of cutting first and then drying, particularly for drying single boards with thicknesses ranging from 0.3MM to 3.6MM.

The operating principle of the blower roller single board drying machine:
1. Operating System: The planed (sliced) single boards are fed into the inlet of a blow-off roller dryer, where they pass through several pairs of upper and lower roller pairs rotating internally. This causes the planed/sliced single boards to move forward in a predetermined direction. During their movement, hot air at 110-150°C is喷射 at a velocity of V=1.5M/S vertically onto both surfaces of the boards through nozzles positioned between the roller pairs. Under the control of the electrical control system, the ideal forward speed is adjusted to achieve the drying effect. Additionally, the uneven boards are flattened as they move through the relative rotation of the upper and lower roller pairs.
2. The air intake of a spray roller single board dryer typically utilizes three forms of heat carriers:
1) Steam Type: High-pressure steam at 0.1MPA-0.6MPA is directly fed into the machine's high-efficiency, large-surface-area, and stable air-jet SRL radiator through external steam pipes. The heat energy at 110-150°C is transferred out through the radiator's aluminum fin heat exchangers. Under the action of a high-speed rotating fan, the heated air is then channeled through internal air ducts to the nozzle of the spray roller single board dryer. The hot air is喷射 onto the upper and lower surfaces of the running single boards via the nozzle, achieving the drying effect.
2) Furnace Type: In consideration of the customers' lack of option for steam-type machines, our factory specifically equips energy-saving hot air furnaces for our spray-roller single board dryer. The working principle of the hot air furnace involves burning production waste wood or raw coal to generate high temperatures. These temperatures are then transferred through heat exchange plates installed on the furnace. Under the action of the high-speed fan inside the machine, hot air is directed to the spray nozzles within, which喷射 the hot air onto the upper and lower surfaces of the running single boards, achieving the drying effect.
3) Electric Heating Type: This medium-sized system unit is not energy-efficient and is generally not used. 3. Electric Control System: The spray roller single board dryer has a manual control system, a stepless variable speed control system, and an automatic computer control system. The choice is based on customer requirements and the speed is adjusted according to the thickness and moisture content of the single board to achieve the desired drying effect.
4. Drying Machine Dehumidification System: The dehumidification system of the blowing roller single board drying machine is achieved through a series of dehumidification holes on the machine, which are regulated by the dehumidification control valves. It utilizes the action of either the internal automatic dehumidification system or the mechanical dehumidification system to achieve the dehumidification effect.
5. Sealed Insulation System: To maximize the drying efficiency of the air blast roller-type single board dryer, the machine's housing is insulated with a shell thickness of 80MM-100MM to retain the heat and air volume inside, thereby achieving a sealed insulation effect.
