Working Principle:
A top ventilation type wood drying chamber uses saturated steam as the heat source and moist air as the medium. It automatically or manually controls the parameters of the drying medium, and dries the wood by utilizing the heat transfer through convection of the gas medium and the principles of mass transfer science.
1. After the fan starts, it first blows the dried medium towards the radiator. After heat exchange, the temperature of the dried medium rises, and the heated medium is then blown towards the wood pile, raising the wood's temperature and causing the moisture within the wood to start vaporizing and evaporating.
2. The air circulation within the drying room moves horizontally along the height of the wood pile, with the motor reversing direction at timed intervals to achieve a reversible media circulation, resulting in more even wood drying.
3. The medium humidity inside the drying room is increased by steam injection and decreased by dehumidification.
Drying Room Performance Features:
The drying room shell is constructed with a blend of bricks and concrete.
2. The internal configuration is made of corrosion-resistant materials such as aluminum alloy and stainless steel, offering strong corrosion resistance.
3. The main door is constructed with aluminum alloy and aluminum panels, featuring a 10cm thick insulation layer for strong corrosion resistance and excellent thermal insulation properties.
