Wood Drying Oven, capable of drying various types of wood species, sizes, and purposes. It boasts energy-saving, reliable, and short drying cycles with excellent quality and low cost. During normal operation, the fuel is fully combusted in the combustion chamber, producing heat energy. This heat is absorbed by the drying medium in the heat energy drying system, reaching approximately 170°C. Under the action of the circulating fan, the hot air is transported through the control and conveying systems to the drying room for wood drying. The steam generator on the equipment can produce a large amount of atmospheric steam, which can be sent into the drying room at the appropriate time according to the drying process requirements for steam injection and humidity adjustment. The humidity control system is an independent steam system, equipped with safety devices. The saturated steam can quickly equalize the surface and internal humidity of the wood, achieving simultaneous drying of both. For solid, thick hardwood, intermittent heating and drying processes can be used to solve internal cracking, end cracking, and deformation, significantly improving the yield of finished wood products. The wood drying equipment is equipped with a heat recovery system, achieving full utilization of the drying medium and overcoming heat and moisture loss. The recovery and utilization of heat energy significantly reduce drying costs and shorten the drying cycle. After 6-8 hours of high-temperature steam drying when the wood moisture content drops below 15%, all insects and eggs within the wood can be killed, eliminating the adverse effects caused by insects and improving the economic benefits of the enterprise. The equipment is equipped with adjustable valves on the intake and exhaust air ducts, allowing for real-time adjustment of the air volume and recirculation volume according to the wood drying process requirements. Adjustable compensation is also provided at the fan intake to adjust the air pressure and volume inside the drying room. The main body of the equipment is equipped with steam injection control valves, which can adjust the steam injection amount according to the different needs during wood drying. An auxiliary combustion device is also located at the bottom of the main body, which can be opened to increase the combustion intensity when the fuel is difficult to burn due to various reasons, reaching the required temperature for each drying stage. Users can flexibly design the size of the drying room according to their drying quantity requirements, ranging from 10 to 150 cubic meters. (If the drying quantity exceeds 150 cubic meters, it is recommended to use a steam drying kiln. Our factory's kilns above 150 cubic meters are fully automatic, as described elsewhere, with guaranteed low prices.) This equipment has a small initial investment, is relatively easy to operate, and can be designed for semi-automatic operation (automatic moisture removal, automatic humidification) as a choice for small and medium-sized enterprises.
