The Constant Temperature and Humidity Room for Wood is primarily used to control the moisture content of dried wood, semi-finished wood products, and finished wood products.
The equipment primarily consists of four parts: the control system, humidity control system, air circulation system, and housing. The housing can be made of brick and concrete, metal, or utilize existing warehouses. The heating medium can be steam, high-temperature hot water, or thermal oil. The equipment can control the indoor humidity or temperature, but not both simultaneously. Indoor humidity can only be reduced (but the temperature will rise), with low humidity levels down to 40% (typical dehumidifiers only reach about 60%), with a control accuracy of ±9%. Indoor temperature can only be increased, reaching up to 20°C in winter, with a control accuracy of ±3%.
