Wood Drying Equipment for Secondary Drying Process, capable of drying various types of wood species, sizes, and purposes. During normal operation, fuel is fully combusted in the combustion chamber, generating heat energy which is absorbed by the drying medium in the heat energy drying system, reaching approximately 170°C. Under the action of the circulating fan, the high-temperature air stream passes through the control and conveying systems to deliver the hot air to the drying chamber for wood drying. The steam generator on the equipment can produce a large amount of atmospheric steam, which can be sent into the drying chamber at the appropriate time according to the drying process requirements for steam injection and moisture adjustment. The moisture regulation system is an independent steam system equipped with safety devices. The saturated steam can quickly balance the surface and internal humidity of the wood, achieving simultaneous drying. For solid, thick hardwood, intermittent heating drying processes can be adopted to prevent internal cracking, end cracking, and deformation during drying, significantly improving the yield of finished wood products. The wood drying equipment is equipped with a heat recovery system, maximizing the use of the drying medium and overcoming the heat loss caused by the discharge of hot and humid air. The recovery and utilization of heat energy significantly reduce drying costs and shorten the drying cycle. After 6-8 hours of high-temperature dry steam treatment when the wood moisture content drops below 15%, all borers and eggs within the wood can be completely eliminated, solving the adverse effects caused by borers and improving the economic benefits of the enterprise. The equipment features adjustable valves on both the inlet and return air ducts, allowing for real-time adjustments of the air volume for the drying process. Adjustable compensation is also provided at the fan inlet to regulate the air pressure and volume inside the drying room. The main body of the equipment is equipped with steam injection regulation valves, which can adjust the steam injection amount according to the different requirements during the wood drying process. Below the main body, an auxiliary combustion device is installed, which can be activated to increase the combustion intensity and reach the required temperature for each drying stage when the fuel is difficult to burn due to various reasons. Users can design the size of the drying room flexibly according to their drying quantity requirements, ranging from 10 to 150 cubic meters. The equipment has a small initial investment, is easy to operate, and can be designed for semi-automated operation (automatic moisture drainage, automatic humidification) as per the company's requirements, making it a choice for small and medium-sized enterprises.
