The CNC (large through-hole) tilting and rotating worktable is an essential accessory for various CNC boring, milling machines, and machining centers. It can be installed separately in either vertical or horizontal orientations on the main machine's worktable. During operation, it utilizes the main machine's control system or a dedicated control system to achieve coordinated movements and necessary indexing rotations with the main machine. The worktable can accommodate plates, disks, or other complex-shaped workpieces. Additionally, it can be used to install pneumatic (or hydraulic) spring clamps or power chucks through the large diameter through-hole in the spindle, allowing for the processing of long shaft-type components. This enables continuous processing of evenly or unevenly spaced holes and slots, as well as curved and straight shapes, with high precision.
