How to Properly Operate a Stainless Steel Reactor Vessel

I. Before Starting the Stainless Steel Reactor: 1. Check that the reactor, agitator, rotating parts, auxiliary equipment, indicator instruments, safety valves, pipelines, and valves meet safety requirements. 2. Verify that water, electricity, and gas meet safety standards. II. During Operation of the Stainless Steel Reactor: 1. Before adding materials, start the reactor's agitator. Once it operates without noise and normally, add the material to the reactor, ensuring the amount does not exceed process requirements. 2. Before opening the steam valve, first open the return valve, then the intake valve. Open the steam valve slowly to preheat the jacket, gradually increase pressure, and ensure the jacket pressure does not exceed the specified value. 3. The steam valve and cooling valve should not be started simultaneously. Do not hammer or collide with the steam管道 during operation. 4. When opening the cooling water valve, first open the return water valve, then the intake valve. The cooling water pressure should not be below 0.1 MPa or above 0.2 MPa. 5. For the water ring vacuum pump, start the pump before adding water. When stopping, stop the pump first, then the water supply, and drain the pump's internal water. 6. Continuously monitor the reactor's operation; stop and inspect if any abnormalities are detected. 7. When cleaning the titanium epoxy (enameled) reactor, do not use alkaline water to scrub the reactor; be cautious to avoid damaging the enamel. III. After Stopping the Stainless Steel Reactor: 1. Stop the agitation, disconnect the power supply, and close all valves. 2. When scraping the pot, ensure the agitator's power is cut off, hang warning signs, and have a person supervising. 3. The stainless steel reactor must be regularly inspected according to pressure vessel requirements; if not up to standard, it should not be operated.
