What Should Be Noted During the Installation of a Stainless Steel Reactor Vessel?

1. High-pressure stainless steel reactors should be placed indoors. When equipping multiple reactors, they should be positioned separately. Each operation room should have an exit that directly leads to the outdoors or a passage, ensuring good ventilation at the equipment location.

When installing the pot lid, prevent the sealing surfaces of the pot body and lid from colliding. Carefully place the lid in the fixed position on the pot body, and when tightening the main nut, do so diagonally and symmetrically in multiple steps. Apply even force, ensuring the lid does not tilt to one side, to achieve a good seal.

3. At the threaded nut connection, only rotate the nuts in opposite directions; do not rotate the two sealing surfaces in the same direction. When assembling all threaded nut connecting parts, apply lubricating oil.

4. The needle valve series line achieves sealing with a simple twist of the valve needle, tightly closing the sealing cover for an effective seal.

5. Rotate the revolving part on the pot by hand to check for smooth operation.

Controllers should be placed flat on the operating surface, with an operating environment temperature of 10-40°C, a relative humidity of less than 85%, and the surrounding medium should not contain conductive dust or corrosive gases.

7. Inspect the movable components and fixed connections on the front and rear panels for proper operation. Lift the top cover and check for loose contacts on the connectors, and ensure there's no damage or rusting due to poor transportation or storage.

After operation, the equipment can be naturally cooled, water-cooled, or air-cooled by placing it on a stand. Once the temperature has dropped, release the pressurized gas inside the kettle to reduce the pressure to atmospheric (pressure gauge reads zero), then loosen the main nut symmetrically and evenly, remove the main nut, and carefully lift the kettle lid, placing it on the stand.

9. After each operation, the interior of the stainless steel reactor vessel and the lid should be cleaned of any residue. The main sealing port should be regularly cleaned and kept clean; it is not permitted to use hard or rough objects for wiping.
