Structural performance The hydraulic control valve assembly primarily consists of components such as the overflow valve, oil suction check valve, throttle valve (as per customer requirements), and hydraulic check valve (hydraulic lock). It can also be designed with different function oil circuit combination valves based on the operational characteristics of the electro-hydraulic actuator to meet its operational needs. Generally, there are self-locking features for pushing out, pulling back, and both pushing and pulling. Operating speeds include adjustable and non-adjustable types. The working angles of the electro-hydraulic actuator can be horizontal push, upward push (including diagonal upward), and downward push (including diagonal downward). The main advantages of electro-hydraulic actuators include: (1) Compact structure, easy installation, small space occupation, and simple maintenance. (2) Capable of starting under load with overload protection feature.
