Cautionary Notes Ensure the following preparations are made when installing the automatic alignment machine: Remove the stand leg of the upright roller from the base of the alignment roller bracket. Remove the locating triangular iron from the alignment bracket. 3. The hand-pushed or pulled alignment bracket should be relatively loose; if the pivot shaft is rusty, it needs to be disassembled and rust removed. 4. The adjusting roller bracket should be elevated 20-40mm higher than the adjacent roller bracket and securely fastened. 5. A coal return section may occur below the belt, and a sweeper must be installed before the lower deviation corrector to prevent the coal return from damaging the corrector.
