Safety Precautions for Baking Operations of Hardware Machining Parts

1. Industrial ovens for hardware components should be operated within the temperature range specified in the operating instructions and ensure proper grounding.

2. Ovens must not be stacked with flammable materials, and cleaning, sanding, or other flammable operations must not be conducted in the vicinity.

To prevent other conductive objects from falling into the oven and coming into contact with the resistance wire, causing a short circuit.

4. Before opening the oven after completion of work, the power must be switched off first, and the operator must not leave during the heating operation.

5. Items such as equipment parts and volatile oil substances must not be stored inside the oven.

6. Cleaning and sweeping are prohibited during the operation of the baking process.

7. Hardware components that have been washed with gasoline, alcohol, or thinner need to be left at room temperature for about 30 minutes to allow the flammable liquids to evaporate before beginning the baking process.
