Instrument Introduction:

The system employs a rotating balanced-point probe, transformer signal coupling, synchronous adjustment of dual inspection probes, and a detection method where workpieces pass straight through, featuring stable and reliable performance, high detection sensitivity, fast testing speed, no need for magnetization and demagnetization devices, and the ability to detect defects in tubes, bars, and wires with high sensitivity. It can perform 100% non-destructive testing on the surface of raw materials. The equipment is equipped with defect alarms, automatic loading and unloading, and automatic sorting functions, achieving automated detection and providing an effective means of quality assurance for factories and enterprises producing large quantities of tubes, bars, and wires.
    This method does not use any coupling agents, and the probe measures the workpiece without contact, thus preventing contamination and surface damage. The high-frequency current generated by the eddy current flaw detector induces eddy currents on the working surface through the detection probe. The eddy field on the workpiece surface then causes a change in the probe's impedance. The instrument achieves automatic defect detection by measuring the change in probe impedance.
    This system includes an automatic loading and unloading mechanism, a detection unit, an automatic sorting unit, a dual-channel eddy current flaw detector, and an electrical control cabinet. It can also be provided with just the main unit (including the automatic detection unit, dual-channel eddy current flaw detector, and electrical control cabinet). The eddy current flaw detector features two independent adjustable detection channels, each with an adjustable excitation power, sensitivity, and phase control knob, to accommodate different specifications. The instrument utilizes an automatic balancing system for simple operation, with dual-channel defect waveform display synchronized with mechanical transmission for clear and stable waveform display. The instrument is equipped with automatic audio-visual alarms and provides sorting for non-conforming products. The detection mechanical transmission part uses variable voltage signal coupling to increase the probe rotation speed, meeting high-speed detection requirements. The dual-probe adjustment is synchronized, simplifying the operation when inspecting workpieces of different diameters.
