Instrument Introduction:

   1.Cast iron, ductile iron, wear-resistant cast iron, and malleable cast iron (commonly known as malleable iron) hardness sorting, various cast iron products 

     Hardness testing after normalizing, annealing, quenching, or tempering can all be automatically sorted using this system.
   2.Hardness testing and sorting for normalizing and annealing parts of any steel grade, such as various thread rolling parts, gears, etc.
   3.Water heating pipe fittings hardness sorting.

    1For assessing the hardness of workpieces that meet and do not meet the requirements after heat treatmentNon-destructive automatic sorting. Workpieces with qualified hardness and no defects. 

      Qualified hardness workpieces will be automatically separated by the sorting gate.
   2Count separately the workpieces with qualified hardness and those with unqualified hardness (upper and lower limits).
   3The main control instrument of the separator features a dynamic bar chart display of the workpiece hardness status. Under normal process conditions, the bar chart shows:  

      The amplitude reflects the hardness of the measured workpiece, with strong intuitiveness.
   4With the selection of the main control instrument, there is a function key for setting the upper and lower limits of the hardness range, convenient for the operator to use, when... 

      If the hardness of the tested workpiece exceeds the upper limit or falls below the lower limit, the instrument will trigger corresponding light and sound alarms, and will combine 

      Signals for grade and ungrade are sent to the sorting machine's actuator for sorting.
   5On the panel of the sorting machine's electrical control box, there is a hardness status indicator light for the workpiece being tested, which turns green to indicate that the workpiece is in a hard state. 

       Piece hardness meets specifications. The red light indicates that the piece hardness does not meet specifications (exceeds the upper limit or falls below the lower limit). When the piece hardness
