EHS-3XType Bearing Hardness Non-Destructive Online Automatic Sorting Machine
Product Introduction:
As the tested workpiece passes through a probe uniformly distributed with a magnetic field, a varying magnetic flux is generated within the probe. This varying magnetic field induces a corresponding exciting current in the probe's coil, which is then transmitted through wires to the instrument. After analysis and comparison by the instrument's central circuit, the quality condition of the tested workpiece is visually displayed on the screen. Simultaneously, signals indicating the workpiece's hardness within the qualified range, above the upper limit of the hardness range, and below the lower limit of the hardness range are sent to the automatic sorting mechanism, thereby enabling the automatic sorting of the workpiece's hardness.
