Sorting Principle： 
    Due to the varying magnetic permeability of materials with different hardness values, there is a logical correlation between the hardness values of the same specification, heat treatment process, and material workpieces, and their magnetic flux at a certain detection frequency. As the measured workpiece passes through a probe uniformly distributed with a magnetic field, a varying magnetic flux is generated within the probe. This fluctuating magnetic field generates a corresponding excitation current within the probe's coil, which is then transmitted through wires to the instrument. After analysis and comparison by the instrument's central circuit, the quality condition of the measured workpiece is displayed on the screen. Simultaneously, signals indicating the workpiece's hardness within the qualified range, exceeding the upper limit, and below the lower limit of the hardness range are sent to the automatic sorting mechanism, thereby enabling the automatic sorting of the workpiece hardness.
