Instrument Introduction:

  This system can be used for
   1. Cast iron components, nodular cast iron, wear-resistant cast iron, and forgable cast iron (commonly known as Malleable Iron) hardness sorting, various cast iron parts 

     Hardness testing post-annealing, quenching, or tempering can all be automatically sorted using this system.
   2. Hardness testing and sorting for normalizing and annealing parts of any steel grade, such as various rolling threads, gears, etc.
   3. Hardness sorting of water and heating pipe fittings.

Principle：
    Hardness sorting primarily relies on electromagnetic induction impedance plane analysis technology. The sorting probe consists of a primary coil and a secondary coil powered by alternating current. When a workpiece is placed within the coil, eddy currents are induced in the workpiece due to electromagnetic principles. The magnetic field generated by these eddy currents causes a change in the induced voltage of the secondary coil, which in turn alters the probe's impedance. By analyzing this change, one can determine variations in the workpiece's thermal physical properties, such as hardness, dimensions, and material composition.
Equipment：
    This system includes a hardness separator, detection coils, mechanical transmission, and automatic sorting. The instruments utilize inter-car wiring and imported component installation, featuring stable and reliable performance with high sensitivity. The instrument panel is equipped with functions such as激励 power adjustment, sensitivity adjustment, phase adjustment, impedance balance adjustment, and counting of qualified and unqualified products. It employs a Wu-Wu fluorescent oscilloscope tube for display. The detection coils consist of two units: one standard coil for placing qualified products and another measuring coil for detecting workpiece hardness. The mechanical transmission section is entirely made of non-magnetic materials to avoid the influence of other magnetic materials on the detection coils. The automatic sorting section uses pneumatic methods. Engage the stopper movement.
