ETP-2Bearings Roller Eddy Current Automatic Detection System
Instrument Introduction:
This system is specifically designed for the automatic detection of roller defects in bearing manufacturing, and can also be used for non-destructive testing of similar-sized magnetic or non-magnetic metal parts. The system can operate either online or offline, featuring high sensitivity, excellent automation, ease of operation, and has the unique capabilities of automatic alarm and separation, making it an essential non-destructive testing equipment for bearing manufacturers. The system employs a high-stability eddy current flaw detector with a fixed balanced point probe, where workpieces automatically spiral forward for 100% non-destructive surface inspection.
This method employs no coupling agents and performs non-contact measurements between the probe and the workpiece, thereby preventing contamination and surface damage. The high-frequency signal generated by the eddy current flaw detector induces eddy currents on the workpiece surface through the detection probe. The high-frequency magnetic field produced by these eddy currents in turn affects the probe's impedance. Once a defect on the workpiece surface is detected, disrupting the original eddy current field, it causes a change in the probe's impedance. The instrument automatically detects defects by measuring the change in probe impedance.
The instrument is equipped with power, sensitivity, phase, and impedance balance adjustment knobs. It can accommodate various size inspections. The instrument also features a fluorescent oscilloscope screen and luminous display for waveform display and defect echo amplitude indication, with an audio alarm function that can automatically alert and monitor excessive defects. The mechanical part uses a vibration disk feeding mechanism to ensure the automatic balancing of workpieces into the detection area. The double-bar rotating feed mechanism enables the workpieces to rotate autonomously and advance at a certain pitch, achieving workpiece sorting signals and automatically sorting out non-conforming products.
