DMD-24 High-speed eddy current flaw detector can be equipped with through-type coils with very low coupling gap requirements, as well as flat array probes as small as a cigarette box. The choice of probe is entirely based on the user's inspection requirements. The detection system can be equipped with a high-precision delay marking module, speed measurement device, marking machine, and an adjustable universal probe stand to achieve online automatic eddy current flaw detection. The system features synchronous alarm output with both internal and external clock control, as well as the ability to control the marking width with high precision.
