Manufactured from linear polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP), the molecular chains are linearly arranged without forming a chemical cross-linked network.
POF Cross-Linked Film
By forming a three-dimensional cross-linking network between molecular chains through physical (radiation) or chemical methods, the structure becomes more stable.
2. Thermal Performance
POF General Film
Low melting point (PE around 110-130°C, PP around 160-170°C), easily softens and deforms at high temperatures.
Low heat shrink temperature (usually 70-100°C).
