The system structure of external thermal insulation boards mainly consists of: bonding layer, insulation layer, coating layer, decorative layer, and accessories.
The adhesive layer is for the construction, which is situated between the base and the surface layer. It primarily uses cementitious materials to firmly bond the two layers together, with its filler mainly derived from inorganic substances.
Insulation layers are applied externally to turbines and pipelines to prevent and reduce heat loss to the environment. These layers primarily consist of a certain amount of organic matter, moisture, and adhesives.
The facing layer should be selected from lightweight functional coatings such as decorative mortar and accentitious plaster, or breathable water-based exterior paints. This maintains the lightweight characteristics of the rock wool composite board while enhancing its aesthetic appeal.
Components primarily use various coatings, which not only enhance the color of the rock wool composite board's surface, making it suitable for any environment, but also provide flame-retardant and thermal insulation properties to a certain extent.
