Exterior Insulation Board

The system structure of the external wall insulation board mainly consists of: bonding layer, insulation layer, coating layer, decorative layer, and accessories.

The adhesive layer is a component of the building, situated between the base and the surface layers. It primarily uses cementitious materials to firmly bond the upper and lower layers together, with its fillers mainly derived from inorganic substances.

Insulation material is applied externally to turbines and pipelines to prevent and reduce heat loss to the environment. The primary filling consists of a certain amount of organic matter, moisture, and adhesive.

The facing layer should be selected with lightweight functional coatings such as facing mortar or decorative plaster, or breathable water-based exterior paints, thus maintaining the lightweight characteristics of the rock wool composite board while enhancing its aesthetic appeal.

　　Components primarily use various coatings, which not only enhance the color of the surface of the mineral wool composite board, making it suitable for any environment, but also provide flame-retardant and thermal insulation properties to a certain extent.
