Addition systems are classified according to their working methods.Dry FeedAndWet FeedTwo types:
Dry Dosage ProcessMaterial feeding - Storage - Continuous dosing of activated carbon - dosed by a jet injector to the dosing point.
Advantages: Small land area, low infrastructure costs.
Wet Process Addition Technique:Loading material - Storing material - Preparing activated carbon slurry (material feeding and water supply) - Mixing and stirring - Fed into the feed points by screw pumps.
Advantages: Good water solubility of the powder, excellent dosing effect
| Product Advantages and Features |
Utilizes an air conveying system, free of dust contamination.
High level of automation, the entire system is controlled in real-time by an intelligent PLC microprocessor.
Equipment failure triggers automatic shutdown and an alarm signal.
Performance stable, fully automatic models can automatically adjust the dosage of carbon powder according to the set concentration and real-time water flow, achieving full automatic configuration.
Excellent corrosion resistance; all contact parts are made of engineering plastics or stainless steel.
