| Pressure Relief Valve |
Pressure relief valve, installed on the pump outlet pipeline, can release pressure in time when the system pipeline pressure is too high, allowing the liquid to return to the tank or pump inlet pipeline, ensuring the system does not operate overpressure, effectively guaranteeing the operation of equipment and pipelines.
The SCYA series pressure relief valves consist of a regulating section and a bypass section, adjusting pressure by means of an internal spring. When the system pressure is lower than the set pressure, the diaphragm closes the pipeline under the force of the spring; when the system pressure is higher than the set pressure, the diaphragm compresses the spring, opening the pipeline and allowing fluid to pass through the valve.
| Primary Features |
Relieve pipeline pressure to ensure stable system pressure.
Protect the normal operation of the pump system.
Reduce the impact of pressure fluctuations on pipes, elbows, and joints.
A variety of materials including PVC, PP, PVDF, SS304, SS316, catering to different corrosive liquid requirements.
The diaphragm is made of PTFE composite material, offering superior corrosion resistance and longer service life compared to traditional materials such as FPM and EPDM.
