| Back Pressure Valve Introduction |
Back pressure valves are used on the outlet pipeline of pumps to prevent siphonage, ensuring that fluctuations in pressure at the injection point do not cause changes in the dosage, thereby maintaining a constant back pressure at the pump outlet. This improves the measurement accuracy of the pump. For metering pumps with an atmospheric pressure outlet, it is recommended to install a back pressure valve.
The SCYB series back pressure valves consist of a regulating section and a flow section, adjusting pressure by modifying the internal spring. When the system pressure is lower than the set pressure, the diaphragm closes the pipeline under the spring's force; when the system pressure is higher than the set pressure, the diaphragm compresses the spring pipeline, allowing fluid to pass through the valve.
| Primary Functions |
Provide pressure difference for both ends of the back pressure valve piping
Can be used as a pressure relief valve in systems with lenient requirements.
Use in conjunction with a pulsation damper to reduce the impact of water hammer on the system.
When used in conjunction with a pulse damper, it reduces the peak fluctuation of flow velocity, protecting pipelines, elbows, and joints from the impact of pressure fluctuations.
Create a favorable working environment for the metering pump and enhance its operational performance.
