     Long-handled filter head

     Long-handled filter heads are primarily used for fixed installation on the bottom water distribution system of filter plates in filtering equipment to achieve the reverse flushing effect of steam and water. They feature evenly designed long, narrow slits on the arc surface of the filter cap, which both prevent the leakage of filter material and ensure even gas and water distribution. The filter rod is a plastic tube with a small hole at the top, and two air inlet slots near the bottom. As compressed air enters the space beneath the filter plate, it slowly forms an air layer, which thickens gradually. Water beneath the air layer continues to drop until the water level reaches the long, narrow air inlet slots at the bottom of the filter rod. At this point, air begins to flow into the filter rod through the slots. When the incoming air flow equals the flow exiting through the filter cap slots, the water level stops descending and stabilizes at a certain position. The incoming air rises through the filter rod and is喷射 into the filter material layer through the slots of the filter cap. Due to the cross-jetting of multiple filter heads, an even distribution is achieved, resulting in an excellent reverse flushing effect.

     Storage Management Methods: Store in a cool place, away from heat sources. Filter heads can be stacked, but should not be placed with ketones, aldehydes, phenols, fats, hydrocarbons, and acetic acid.
